NEW MEP VISITS DUMFRIES SHOW

Jim Hume, Liberal Democrat MSP for the South of Scotland, will welcome newly elected Libdem MEP, George Lyon, to the Dumfries Show on Saturday 1st August.
On the day's agenda will be a meeting with the NFUS to discuss a range of agricultural, rural and farming issues. Both Parliamentarians have been campaigning against the controversial proposal to introduce electronic sheep identification (EID).
